I always admired the gentlemanly exploits of characters like Don Quixote de la Mancha and Zorro as a young man. However as I got older I found myself becoming a real life contradiction to the fictional characters whose virtues I respected. Although far from the worst – I found myself lacking both drive and direction. I alienated those I was close to while aimlessly pursuing women and breaking hearts. I began abandoning my goals due to a dwindling self confidence. And worst of all, I was not being the man I knew I could be.
After acknowledging that my lifestyle just wouldn’t do, I made a vow to myself. I promised to become a man of principle, culture, and passion. I decided to dedicate myself to becoming a quintessential gentleman in a new age for the betterment of myself and those around me.
I began sharing my ideals with longtime friends and new faces, and the GentlemanREDUX Movement was born.
The rest is history yet to be written… and fortunately we get to share that story with you.
