How to Prepare Healthy Recipes for Bodybuilding

So it's gotten to that "Deep Cold" time of year again where I just begin to live like a hermit and rarely go out...  But I don't just let that time in my "Fortress of Solitude" go to waste...

So it’s gotten to that “Deep Cold” time of year again where I just begin to live like a hermit and rarely go out (sorry folks, I don’t really like Winter — I was a Spring babe).  But I don’t just let that time in my Fortress of Solitude (anyone catch the reference) go to waste.  I workout like crazy during times like these and the next few months, so it’s important that I eat properly.

I guess what I’m trying to frame-up here is that this video from Howcast is as much (selfishly) for me as it is for you GRDXers out there…


And that’s that.  Eat right & stay healthy please — you have no idea how much we take good health for granted.
